Tips

1. Check out our resources in our resources tab!
2. YOU MUST WRITE A POLICY PAPER IN ORDER TO GET AN AWARD! They are due November 1.
3. Another workshop for Tustin Preparation will be hosted when conference day approaches.
  1. Take it easy! It is everyone's first local conference of the year so make sure to relax.
  2. Don't be lazy! Research your topic thoroughly and prepare speeches so that you feel confident.
  3. Sit in the front. Your chairs will remember you more and are more likely to give you an award.
  4. Talk with experienced people in MUN. They are the ones who will provide you the "know- hows" of MUN.
  5. Be confident. People won't laugh at you for bad speeches because they are more focused on the content rather than how you present your speech.
