• 8:30am Meet for Bus Ride
• 8:30 - 9:00am Registration & Gathering in the large quad
• 9:15 - 11:45am Committee Session I
• 11:45 - 1:15pm staggered lunches; 45-60 minutes each. 
• 12:45 - 3:15pm Committee Session II
• 3:30 - 4pm Closing Ceremonies

Delegates who fail to meet the position paper deadline will be ineligible for the Best Delegate award. Papers received after the deadline will not be graded. ​
